AIP Group started as an interior studio in Kolkata and grew, project by project, into a group that designs, builds, produces, finances and develops — because clients kept asking us to solve the next problem too.
Our Story
We never set out to be a five-vertical group. It happened because the same clients who trusted us with their interiors started asking who could build it, who could launch it, and who could finance the next one. Rather than refer that work out, we built the teams to do it properly in-house.
Today AIP Group operates as five specialist companies under one holding standard — sharing project management, quality control, and a single point of contact for every client.

We tell clients the real cost and the real timeline before the contract, not after the first change order.

Timeline
AIP begins as an interior design studio serving Kolkata's hospitality sector.
Construction division launches to build what the design team had been drawing for others.
Event vertical formed after repeat clients ask AIP to produce their launch events too.
Finance desk opens, structuring capital for the group's own developments and outside clients.
Real Estate division launches — AIP begins developing and holding assets, not just building them.
