Layouts We Design
A single-wall run — efficient for compact kitchens and studio apartments.
Two adjoining walls, freeing up floor space for a dining or utility corner.
Three-wall storage and worktop for households that need serious counter space.
A centre island for open-plan homes that entertain or cook together.
Pull-out baskets, corner units and tall units engineered for Indian cooking needs.
Laminate, acrylic or PU finishes with soft-close hinges and branded channels.
Why AIP Modular Kitchen
Storage for masalas, tall vessels and daily wet-and-dry cooking isn't an afterthought in our layouts — it's the starting point. Every design accounts for how Indian households actually use a kitchen before it accounts for how it photographs.

Laminate is the most economical and durable for daily use; acrylic gives a high-gloss, seamless look; PU offers the richest, most premium matte or gloss finish. Each is available across our Essential to Luxury packages.
Typically 3-6 weeks from final measurement to installation, depending on layout size and customisation.
We coordinate appliance fitting as part of the project; appliances themselves can be sourced by you or through our partner network.
